Presently we are looking for:
DreamBeam Sales Manager, Europe
DreamBeam is an Event Hall industry innovation. Our new sales manager will have to navigate existing hurdles and succeed in establishing DreamBeam as the new event hall industry standard worldwide. Our target clients are larger European Hotels and Congress Centers with event halls hosting 400 guests or more.
You will be responsible for collaborating with the CEO and partners on:
– Developing the DreamBeam Sales and Marketing Strategy
– Selling DreamBeam units in major cities worldwide
– Meeting our annual sales targets
– Supervising proper DreamBeam installations onsite
Your tasks will include:
– Developing the DreamBeam Sales and Marketing Strategy
– Organizing attendance at international trade shows
– Presenting and selling the first DreamBeam technology and services
– Building a European sales force and training staff to our needs
– Supporting the first new clients during the planning and installation phases
– Coordinating and supervising all work and workers to ensure perfect launches of onsite operations
Your profile:
– A creative, communicative and collaborative personality
– Educated in engineering and/or hospitality
– 10 years-experience in sales and marketing management
– Banqueting specialization and/ or multi-media experience is a plus
– Good knowledge of German, French and English
– Willingness to travel
